Caroline Lavoie, BA

Caroline was born on a Bas-Saint-Laurent organic dairy farm and still lives in the region today, in Rimouski, on 29 acres of land.

She completed a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree in public communications and political science at Université Laval before working in socio-professional reintegration in Australia, then as a program management and succession consultant at MAPAQ. In recent years, she has become involved on the family farm and at Régénération Canada, working in particular on the human aspect of change in the adoption of agricultural practices.

She has been working at Logiag as director of our Dedicated Dairy Farms Program since 2024.
